CHAR New Member form 2019-2020

If you hold an associate or equivalent, bachelors or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university you can join AAUW. If you are a current student at a regionally accredited college or university, you can join as a student member (some free student memberships available).

If you would like to be our guest first at some of our meetings before joining, we would be happy to assist you.  We can also give you information about membership costs.

CHAR branch of AAUW is part of a nationwide organization devoted to and dedicated to the betterment of women.  Through support of STEM programs designed to encourage middle school age girls learn about the wonderful world open to them, or support for single mothers re-entering college at ARC, CHAR’s  mission is to make it possible.

At the national level, AAUW advocates and lobbies in Congress for women’s rights.  AAUW strongly supports Title IX  as it strives to level the playing field in athletics as well as education.

We invite you to join us in this endeavor.  Whether through your vocal encouragement or financial support, we welcome you to come help make a difference in the lives of your daughters, grand daughters, women in your neighborhood and women throughout America.
